In a nutshell it means the majority of people buying condos and townhomes will use a internet search engine to find their next home and whichever REALTOR comes up in those top positions will be the ones who are going to give your home the most internet exposure and get your home sold the quickest.
What else does this mean?
If you are thinking of listing your condo or townhome with a REALTOR who does not have a top ranked website think again. It may take you significantly longer to get your home sold with a traditional non internet savvy real estate agent.
Again, when listing a home with a REALTOR ask them not only do they have a website (anyone can have a website) but is it a top ranked website? Ask them how much traffic their website receives on a daily basis. If they have no idea it’s time to move on to another REALTOR.
